UDA offers excellent performing teams for selected dancers meeting basic dance requirements wishing to enhance their performance ability. These teams will go beyond technique and learn more about style by being active in public appearances and competitions throughout the year. These teams are a supplement to technique classes; therefore a jazz and tap technique class must be taken to be part of this fun group.

In 2011, UDA’s Repertory Production of “9 to 5” earned high honors at each competition last season. We are very proud of our competitive teams at UDA and commend them on their accomplishments. All Repertory teams will be involved in three mandatory competitions this 2011-2012 season. The Repertory team will attend the Talent On Parade dance competition in Omaha, NE March 16th-18th, Showbiz Omaha, NE March 30th-April 1st and the Spotlight Dance Cup in Omaha, NE April 20th-22nd. Competition entry fees for each member (average $34.00 per person per competition) have been figured into the monthly tuition cost.

The Repertory costume will be purchased in October. Allow around $80.00-$150.00 for the Repertory costume expense. Repertory members will purchase a select shoe to be ordered with the Repertory costume please allow an additional expense for Repertory shoes.
